Bullying at work-place

I am an anti-bullying ambassador for DABS – Dorset Anti-Bullying Service and I am passionate about educating people in this area. In 2012 I went through 6 months of covert work-place bullying and following counselling and life-coaching sessions I turned my life around. Today I am grateful for my experience as otherwise I would have never been able to understand and help those who are going through it now.

Bullies struggle with various areas of their lives, hence, they deal with their pain by inflicting it on others. Remember that bullying comes from a place of weakness. And they are bullying you for a reason. They feel threatened. Either by something you have and they don’t or something you don’t have and they do.
