My therapy process focuses totally on YOU, on your current situation and challenges but also on your dreams, desires and the life you would like to live. Usually, I will have an initial consultation with you over the phone, where you will share your present situation and expectations from the therapy with me, and we will determine if we are a good match to work together.
If we’ll decide to work together, we will enter a contract, where trust, discretion and confidentiality will form an integral part of it. We will agree on weekly or fortnightly sessions and will discuss the arrangements. Each session usually last between 50 mins and 1 hour, but sometimes we may agree to work a bit longer, depending on your needs.
Oh yes, the past can hurt. But you can either run from it or learn from it – The Lion King
This is a very powerful combination of psychotherapy, neuroscience, coaching and cognitive behavioural tools blend in together to assist you in the process of change. The program starts with 12 sessions and requires a review at the end. Additionally to our scheduled weekly sessions you will have an online/whatsapp access to share your journey on a daily basis with me.
You may consider this plan If you have been experiencing long-term challenges, that have been re-occurring for a while and you would really like to get into the bottom of this to finally rectify the issues.
Online therapy and coaching can be as effective as a face to face one. Yet, it allows for more flexibility and connecting with your therapist from the comfort of your home or any other location. This can be the most suitable option if you travel a lot and work from different places.
Regardless of what the current challenge is, there are always solutions that can be found and implemented. Do not be discouraged by the challenge not being mentioned on my website or the cost of the services. If you won’t ask the answer is always NO. Book your initial and free consultation with me, ask me all the questions you wish, and have a powerful conversation with me first, before deciding on your next steps. If I won’t be able to help you, I will suggest other options. You won’t be left alone.
