What is the difference between psychotherapy and psychosexual therapy?

Psychotherapy is an explorative process that requires revisiting the past and present moments which may be critical for finding answers and creating the opportunity to shift the current situation. However, since we are physical, emotional and sexual beings, the psychosexual aspects are almost always intertwined within the journey, therefore my clinical work is inclusive of both.

Depending on the issue/s or presenting symptoms, uniquely tailored modalities, tools & interventions may be used.
